A deal engine for US homes sold at auction or with tax debt. It gathers auction lots and county lists and adds aerial views, nearby sales, rent, schools and crime data. It checks state law in 51 jurisdictions and the city rules, then estimates renovation, the highest sensible bid, holding costs, resale and rent. Each home gets a 0 to 100 score, an AI verdict and a renovation plan, and every renovation stage is tracked with dated photos. A person makes the final call and places the bid. Backend in Rust.
The problem

What we built
- Collects auction lots and county lists
- Adds data on each home: aerial view, nearby sales, rent, schools, crime
- Checks state law (51 jurisdictions) and city law
- Estimates renovation by state prices, the highest sensible bid, holding costs, resale and rent
- Gives each home a score from 0 to 100, an AI verdict and a renovation plan
- Records each renovation stage with dated photos, so the lender's next payment is checked against evidence
- A person makes the final decision and places the bid
