You give us a business problem, we build a working prototype at our own cost within weeks and show it live; only then do you decide whether to take it to production. Communication is in English, and Riga is one hour ahead of Zurich.

What we build for Swiss companies

We design and build software end to end: the engineering, the data and the AI integration stay in one team. Typical tasks are automating routine office work, answering customer questions faster and replacing spreadsheets with a proper system.

Who we work with

Our clients are small and mid-sized companies and startups that need a development partner without building a large in-house team. Typical fields are services, trade, logistics, construction and real estate, and staffing.

We do not have a Swiss office or Swiss-based staff. We are an EU studio working remotely with clients worldwide, and the working languages of our projects are English, Russian and Latvian.

How a project runs: prototype first

The model is simple. You describe the problem, we study the process and the data, and we build a working prototype at our own cost. In most cases this takes weeks, not months, and we demonstrate it live instead of presenting slides.

After the demo you decide. If the prototype fits, we take it to production, integrate it with your systems and scale it. If it does not fit, you have lost nothing but the time of the demo meeting.

Technology, integrations and data protection

We connect new solutions to what you already use: ERP and accounting systems, CRM, email, messengers, telephony, databases and APIs. For AI work we prepare the data, train and tune models for the task and build them into daily operations.

As an EU company we follow GDPR practice, which also covers much of what the Swiss nDSG asks for. We do not claim any certification, and for sensitive projects we agree data location, access and retention with you in writing before work starts.

What affects the cost

Project cost depends on the scope and the number of features, the number of systems to integrate, the quality and state of your data, the need for model training, the number of user roles and languages, and the support level after launch.

Because the prototype is free, you see a concrete result and a realistic scope before you commit to an offer. Our engineering rates are European, and you receive a clear scope and estimate once the prototype has been shown.

Experience behind the team

The lead developer holds a doctorate in AI, and the team has hands-on experience training models. The people behind the studio also have a business background in construction, pharma and COVID logistics, and in software that generated over $300M in turnover in two years.

Our own products include a tender and construction-site platform, a SaaS for staffing companies with CRM, timesheets and telephony, a property management system, a grain-market analytics service and a smart-lighting mobile app.

Do you have an office in Switzerland?

No. STOP HOLIDAYS is a studio in Riga, Latvia (EU) and works remotely with clients worldwide. We have no Swiss address and no Swiss-based staff. Communication with Swiss clients is in English, by video calls and email.

Why choose a development partner from Latvia?

Riga is one hour ahead of Zurich, so the working day overlaps almost fully. We are an EU company following GDPR practice, and we offer European engineering rates. Most importantly, you see a working prototype before signing anything.

How much does AI or software development cost?

The cost depends on scope, number of integrations, data quality, model training needs and support after launch. We do not quote a price before understanding the task. After the free prototype you receive a clear scope and estimate.

How long does it take to get a first result?

A working prototype usually takes a few weeks, depending on the task. We show it live, so you can test it with your own scenarios. A production version follows after your decision.

Why is the prototype free?

We build it at our own cost because we want you to judge the result, not a presentation. If the solution fits your business, we continue to production together. If not, you have no obligation.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. We connect to ERP, accounting, CRM, email, messengers, telephony and databases through APIs or direct integration. We review your current systems during the first conversation.

How do you handle data protection and the Swiss nDSG?

As an EU company we follow GDPR practice, which also covers much of what the Swiss nDSG asks for. We do not claim certification. Data location, access and retention are agreed in writing for each project.

Do you support the solution after launch?

Yes. We provide maintenance, monitoring, fixes and further development after launch. The level of support is agreed with you based on how critical the system is for your business.
